from Zagreb to Split and then the same as by bus.

to Brac Airport (the international sports and tourism airport) which is only about half an hour by car from Milna, or
to Split Airport and then by boat to Milna (by car ferry to Supetar harbour or by catamaran directly to Milna). There are direct catamaran links Split-Milna on the weekends.
